6.15am on the water, 1hr after lw. Waves really impressive - more vert than Camber and swell in nice lines. Distinct sets coming through. Had trouble staying upwind in the significant rip and gusty wind, so changed my evo 70 for the Flow, but kept the 4.5. This solved the problem, but was (felt - pscological?) too stiff and 'rail driven' to really let loose on the frontside turn. Great spot, but never really got it dailled. better than last time though, so give it time...
Well worth the trip.
